Do you wash your face after using a cleansing oil?

I just got a cleansing oil but are you supposed to wash your face again after rinsing the oil off?

I would wipe it off, I always use creams and thats how I do it.

I think you just wipe it off with a dry cloth.

I can't use a cleansing oil because of the oil on my skin. My cleansers have to be somewhat astringent.
