@MrMagic: try even with just 3 sets of 4, don't worry about anyone or the world just start it like that & every 2 weeks go up by 2..

That's a lot of pushups. Proper form? HIIT is really effective for weight loss. Only have to run for 8 minutes. Fuck cardio, though. -_- Luckily for me, I'm trying to gain weight, so cardio is a no-no. Though, HIIT can stimulate anabolic state....which i avoid like the plague.

Anyway, not a bad workout. 👍

Thank you, I will add 5 push-ups every 4 weeks until I reach 3 sets of 50 twice a day, that would be by my 6 month mark, my daily total there on our will be 300 push-ups a day, one upon a time I used to do this lol smh & in determined to revisit this ... & yes it is proper form... once I read the 3 sets of 50 the first set would be traditional shoulder length/ 2nd wide arm/ & 3rd diamond

You're absolutely right!!! Avoid all cardio at all cost, Try your best to eat atleast 5 smaller meals a day, & supplement with whey protein....

I do maybe 5 sit ups a day lol but I have to use my elbows and arms to help me otherwise I feel this horrible pain at my incision and to be fair it's only to get up from bed or the couch lol
