Used to be. I'd drink pretty much nothing but mountain dew, monsters, and sobe, in my teen years. Now I drink pretty much only water. And milk. And occasionally orange juice. I go through a gallon of water a day.
I drink mostly ice water. The only time I have soda is when it has whiskey in it.

I'm one of those people who [b]want[/b] to drink anything but water, but I do force myself to drink water at least half the time. The rest of the time it's pretty much Coke Zero and sometimes, but rarely, juice.

@Invisible: yep......'bout two gallons of water, one gallon of milk, bout 1.75 liters of rum plus how ever much coca cola you need to go with the rum........that's my average daily liguid intake.......and usually either a smoothie or a chocolate milkshake for/with breakfast - if they count as liquid intake....

honest, swear to god........i am really active - and one of these days my metabolism is gonna slow down OR i'm gonna have a heart attack.....mean time - yeah - no shit.....and honestly - in the morning i either make a smoothie or a chocolate milk shake --- and milkshake is 2 pints of icecream and i drink it right outta the blender...

The problem with water is most of it tastes bad. Tap water? Awful. Clean water isn't always available.

I drink 3 parts water, 1-2 parts lactose free milk. Serves me pretty well.
