I Love Cooking and Eating

What's better? Food should be a big part of life - it keeps us alive, after all! As such, I do enjoy trying out new foods or adding different spices to jazz things up somewhat...

I spent some time living with my best friend, who is a staunch vegetarian, and during that time I learned quite a bit.

Although I'm not a vegetarian, per say, I do like the wide and varied ingredients in some dishes and try to integrate into more mainstream food....

I'm a sucker for maths and when you boil it down (no pun intended!), adding ingredients and cooking times, it's all one big maths equation!!!

My fav foods are, perhaps, Indian, Italian and Chinese....
