I don't suppose

That anyone has seen a film called Wastings And Pain? About Canadian smack addicts? It's very much NOT mainstream and as I mentioned I don't suppose many folk have seen it. If you have, I want to talk to you. It's on YouTube.

I checked it out due to your asking...
pretty well filmed,honest and raw.
I appreciate this sort of subject matter.
some of the music was interesting at times too
I got really tired of Ken's spiel after a while,he plays up his compassion and philosopher side for the camera but remains stuck in his tweaker blame game and negativity,it gets old fast. I am all too familiar with the scene, having been addicted and on the streets myself-one develops a pretty keen bullshit detector.
Seeing this sort of thing strengthens my resolve to remain clean and sober, since this type of life is a likely option for me if I decide to pick up the old habits again.
Lisa from the film cleaned up and is looking quite well in recent photos.awright! Humans are resilient and capable of great change, given half an opportunity.

@LesDeplorable: there was a theory, that the government was spiking the heroin supply with some kind of hot shot, a poison, to get rid of street junkies during the Olympics..
