England and Wales rugby teams both change coaches

What do you think? Personally, I'm glad Eddie Jones has gone because the England rugby team has been a mess since the last World Cup. My one regret is that it didn't happen sooner to give the new coach more time.

I think the sacking if Pivac is harsher because results haven't been terrible given the quality of the the players. I think he's done enough to earn the right to take the team to the WC. but the WRU didn't. I guess getting Garland back was maybe too good to turn down, given his outstanding record over a long period of time.

Pivac failed to develop a style of play and was completely inconsistent with his selections.
Yes..he came within seconds of a Grand Slam but any coach that manages to lose at home to Italy(admittingly improving) and Georgia would be on borrowed time.
England have been going backwards at a rate of knots and I think it's only the cost of paying him off that has kept Eddie in post for so long.
But we got Gatland back...hopefully with more ideas than he had with the Lions in South Africa.
Costing a small fortune apparently ,as I posted earlier.
