@KiwiDan Not sure when it was...the waters are somewhat muddied with the Paras thrown into the mix. However I Love their inclusion. The Olympics should do the same.

@KiwiBird It's been wonderful, after all a Commonwealth medal is special regardless of whether the athlete is considered able-bodied or not. The Olympics should definitely do the same!
