Anyone is a killer if you push them far enough! It would be wise to walk away, the chances of being charged with second degree murder are very high with DNA. Even a slight rub on a victim's shirt or skin can be used as evidence which then will be sent into a database. It is always someone close to the victim you will be caught within 6 months to a year once they get hard evidence from your phone and etc. not worth it!
