I'll stick with the extreme sport I've tried. I've entered a wing eating contest at Kawartha Downs and Speedway. I guess that makes me an athlete!😏

@Earthlin9: Remember, I beat a bunch of people,(not by a lot) two minutes isn't long. I originally just entered because I love wings. Go to the NASCAR Pinty's series finaly at Kawartha, you can enter. See if you can beat me!😏

I like sleeping, I'm not a sporty person.

Not sure I would call either an extreme sport. I have done a bunch of Northwest rivers, as well as Swiss/French, and with the exception of one incident, in WA State, I always felt safe, white water rafting. I have not done it in a few years, but even in my 50s, I would not hesitate.
Paragliding, is peaceful. The last fatality we had here, was an experienced guy, who had a bad ticker. I've never felt a rush, similar to white water rafting.
Body suit base jumping? that's just batshit crazy.
