Some that come to mind for me are Blackhawks-Redwings, Yankees-Red Sox, Bruins-Canadiens, Bears-Packers, Giants-Patriots, and Penguins-Flyers.

If you just want pure hate, it's got to be Alabama vs Auburn fans, at least as far as I know. I don't know hockey, or all sports, but from American football it's Alabama vs Auburn.
