What's the worst sports injury you've ever had?

How long was recovery? (not tjat you fully recover from that.)

@OogieBoogie Surgery. 8 weeks in a walking cast. 2 weeks on crutches. Then I was okay. I eventually had the knee replaced after it totally wore out.

@exexec how long till it wore out?

@exexec ah, yeah - I get that!
My right knee swells everytime I've had a big day - but hoping it will last.
Didn't do nearly as much damage as you, but om walking round on half my ligaments.
Still works though.

@OogieBoogie I'm dealing with that on my other knee. Just had a cortisone shot a few weeks ago, and that helped. Good luck! Don't wait too long before doing something with your knee.

@exexec well, I'm got going to start strengthening it as soon as i finish moving into my new place. Hopefully keeping f the muscles strong around it will be enough.

Bit thanks for tje advice - I'll keep it in mind if it gets worse
