What are some epic fail excuses?

What are some funny excuses for messing up while playing golf? I'm trying to make some mulligan cards. A mulligan is something you can purchase to get another shot or a do over.

@coffeedimplez sometimes mulligans aren’t allowed depending on the tournament set rules

@SW-User Yep but for our tournament they are another minor way to raise money I suppose. This is an annual fundraiser event.
