There have been several big comebacks in the champions league in recent years and Barca have been giving it out and receiving.
My theory is that because the domestic leagues are so imbalanced now, the top teams are rarely under pressure so their defensive game isn't tested. The goals against column mostly reflects how scared the opposition are of your attack and how much they park the bus

@Picklebobble2 That much I can agree with,we do push them too hard,but rather that than the United er untied route. :p

@nem16 A lot of Spurs fans are saying the same re:Arsenal.
But watching your players end up with extended periods out through injury and recovery knowing your cover is not as good....heartbreaking.
With regard to financial winnings, Champions League winners: approx £50 Million.
Premier League winners: £38.4 Million
And with fans expected to pay ever more each season....I'm sure it's only worth doing for the kudos since financially it probably doesn't cover a wage bill !

@Picklebobble2 I think prices in England for season tickets or even each weekend has been ridiculous for years,and yes it is pretty hard watching the second string be less competitive,but you can also argue that's what we pay said wages for in the first place.

I'm a wolves fan btw! But we already have 7th place sewn up so I don't care if you beat us and win the league. What were the odds on that? I wouldn't have bet on it anyway as it would have jinxed them

@VSonMe 7th place guarantees you £26.9 Million this year ! That'll cause a few grins around the boardroom i'm sure !

I predicted that result. I knew Origi would destroy the Barca defense.

@Burnley123 Glad somebody knew.😅 Great watch though.

@nem16 I was lying. 😆

@Burnley123 When you said Barca had defenders,yes. ;) 😁

I don't either. What a comeback. They must win this thing now. That was epic
