@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Rugby League is not my main thing cos I'm a football fan. I've heard of Andrew Johns though. He was some player. Strangely he never played that well in tests and most Brits would tell you Darren Lockyer was the real megastar because he always destroyed the GB team but I guess origin and maybe even NRL finals are a higher standard than test matches.

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout TBH I can't argue. You did well in the last world cup but have been a disaster since. England have problems too be we think we can beat the Aussies on most days. The All Blacks are easily the best team and Ireland the second.

The trouble with Aussie rugby is that you are competing with NZ on the pitch and Rugby League off the pitch. It's really tough. I remember the turn of the century when you won back to back tri-nations, a world cup and then beat a strong Lions team. That was some side but you have not been close since. The Wallabies never had a dominant pack but used to be smart, defensively tough and with super-star backs. Now your side is just average. What went wrong?

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout it's a shame. I mean your player base has never been huge but you used to punch above your weight. Aussies players get involved in alcohol and other discipline problems. It would never happen in the old days. The players seem less driven and mature and your coach is pretty crap.

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Would you take Eddie back? England fans have mixed feelings. generally, we have a huge player base but suffer through lack of good academies and a club game which means internationals are overplayed.

They need fresh faces.. doods who’d bleed for a chance to pull the jumper on. A few 300 pound kiwi imports wouldn’t hurt 😏👍
