Hockey season is coming in about two months. Any early predictions for who's gonna win the Cup this year?

@SW-User I've always liked the Penguins but Jesus fuck was their fan base cancerous last year or what? They were almost as bad as the fucking Boston fans.

@BlueMetalChick Every town has it's idiots. They travel well and for the most part are knowledgeable about the game and respectful.

@SW-User Penguins fans booed Josh Ho-Sang because he chose the number 66 which was Mario Lemieux's number. I think that's disgusting, discouraging a young player for idolizing one of the best hockey players in history. Mario himself even denounced such despicable behavior.

Buuuuuut at least it's not as bad as the shit Flyers fans do.

66 and 99 are sacred numbers in my opinion. Right or wrong.

@SW-User Those numbers were not retired even by the Penguins, much less the league. Anyone has the right to wear them, and giving them hate for it is stupid, unsportsmanlike, and extremely petty.

I remember when the Flyers lost game 6 of the Stanley Cup Finals on home ice in 2010 and resorted to chanting "fuck you faggot" at Jonathan Toews as he hoisted the Cup, all while throwing garbage over the glass and holding their middle fingers up.

@BlueMetalChick Yeah, I can't argue for or against using 66 or 99. As a guy that's played my entire life, I wouldn't use 66 (and I grew up idolizing him). But again just my thing. I'm not going to crucify someone else that does.
