If you live in a 'free country' you should be able to !
I sometimes take my dog for a walk at three in the morning if neither of us can sleep !
Once in a while we might get stopped by a passing policeman. Just because we're an unusual sight at that time of day.

@nirvsemp Well i've learned to time it pretty well.
Go at a certain time. Take a certain route. Maybe pick up a paper; a pint of milk and fresh bread from the bakery on the way home !
