To any who feel they have communicated with spirits-how did you do so?

Did you speak to them out loud? Or did you think at them? Or other methods?

To any who feel they have lived with spirits: have you ever noticed them react to things you only thought and did not say out loud?

Spirits are simply us without a body. There’s no need to get overly excited about encountering them. With some discipline, proper guidance, and by sharpening your inner senses, you can naturally experience these souls. Depending on their nature, souls exist in different realms. As they attain a certain level of ‘calibration,’ they become ready to take birth and evolve further. The realms they reach are what we often recognize and name as deities, angels, demons, and so on.
