Yes please. I tried to get present earlier by putting my hands under the faucet and just feeling how the water felt for a little bit. Soon after my mind took back over and pushed me to work on the future

What does free look like to you? There has to be some structure.

It seems like society only allows for some of the population to be divergent and those who choose to be different get pressure from the boring, lifeless people who really want to be free but won’t out of fear.

@Reflective Tricks aren’t enough. Free means out of the grind and able to live as we choose. At least a bit. Maybe ease up on the media, promote community and sharing. Less work more play. We are slaves using tricks for mere moments of inner peace. We aren’t meant to live this way.
