For me, it's nearly Compline Prayer time.

@basilfawlty89 what is that 😀
basilfawlty89 · 36-40, M
@nobodyishome last Prayer of the day/night in Catholicism.
nobodyishome · 31-35, F
@basilfawlty89 Oh, like before sleeping or?
basilfawlty89 · 36-40, M
Normally, but depending on bed time.
We are actually obligated to pray twice a day, but ideally seven.

@basilfawlty89 That's nice. What do you do exactly :)
basilfawlty89 · 36-40, M
@nobodyishome Varies. There are daily prayers.
I normally light the candle, burn frankincense and myrrh, proclaim the Confiteour, recite the Apostle's Creed, and Pray the Abwun d'Bashmaya. Then ask for intercession from the Mother Mary and the Communion of Saints before personal prayers.

@basilfawlty89 wow, this is very interesting. What is Abwun d'Bashmaya?
basilfawlty89 · 36-40, M
@nobodyishome Aramaic for God. Means Creator of the Cosmos. Aramaic speaking Christians also say Allaha.

@basilfawlty89 Wow, this is very interesting. What is Aramaic and can you tell me more about it
basilfawlty89 · 36-40, M
@nobodyishome Aramaic is the language Jesus (Yeshua in Aramaic and Hebrew and Isa in Islam as you know) spoke.
nobodyishome · 31-35, F
@basilfawlty89 Can you write me something in Aramaic, and tell me what it means.
