So you doubt Gods existence?
RisingMorningStar7 · 36-40, M
@Adstar I have my doubts sometimes.

@RisingMorningStar7 Yet you post a post looking down upon protestants all the while your religion does not have the strengh to remove your own doubts...
Maybe we should meditate on eyes, motes and planks..

@Adstar IS clearly most protestants can't make a logical stance about Genesis. Yea, I struggle with my faith but who doesn't.

@RisingMorningStar7 Well lets see.. Please share an example from Genisis that causes your belief to be challenged? Just one example will do.. Not saying that i will be able to give you an answer, But lets give it a go, maybe the LORD will inspire, if He is willing..

@Adstar The creation narrative in the bible doesn't align with scientific creation. For example Adam and Eve lineage puts the earth to 6,000 years old not only that alll animals should of have been present through fossils frecords found on earth to show they died after Adam and Eve ate from the forbidden fruit of knowledge.

@RisingMorningStar7 Well thats more then one example.. I have not read anywhere in the Bible about that 6000 year time span.. That seems to be someones interpretation or calculation.. But the story of the garden of Eden never states how long Adam and Eve where in the garden of Eden.. It does state the age of Adam when he died but that was after he discovered the knowedge of good and evil, Adam lived 930 years..

@Adstar exactly 930 years plus all who came after is roughly 6,000 years.

@RisingMorningStar7 But that does not say how much time happened before those 930 years... And again that 6000 years is someones calculation not something revealed in the Bible..
