Does God have a secretary because all of these thoughts and prayers need to go somewhere.

God is actually GOD... but you seem to think God is not an actual God.. That He is limited in his abilities like any other created human being.. Concentrate on what you actually believe about God.. try and think of God as being an actual God rather then some kind of human being,,

He has his own mailroom. They sort out genuine prayers from the ones just being greedy and the ones where its just people having sex. (Every time you say oh god they get a letter)
