I find it interesting people "thank God" for when something great happens to them

Like I guess you're special that God has chosen you. I guess everyone else doesn't deserve it. 🤷‍♀️

plus it's only when something good happens. you'd be equally justified in saying Thank God for genocide, disease, etc...

divine intervention in the literal holy land might be appreciated right now but no you help that one guy find his keys so he can get to work in time. thanks god
