How do you know the God exists?

I personally believe that we have a creator and the God exists. But how can you be sure? There are times that I get suspishious. Thats the time I look at sky, the stars and think how vast is universe. It is mind blowing. Thats enough proof for me to know that this vast unuverse has a creator. Call Him God, Allah or what ever. But onw thing is sure he is Almighty and All wise.

We can’t. So it all comes down to the value you put on truth.
Do an honest evaluation of what matters to you. If like most Atheist, there is too much that doesn’t add up. Ask yourself “is it worthwhile “
If you have doubts, lying to yourself about them won’t make them true.

@DocSavage or the value it has in general. this is actually a good argument for both sides. I find value in my faith. It helps me and I’m not trying to sway anyone else, but it makes me feel good and gives me guidance to help others. And I don’t mean helping them with my faith, but with acts of kindness. I totally get an atheists value in truth and where they are with it. I take no issue with that but for me my faith matters to me.
