No. I have learned to trust His plan and the outcome He brings about however He chooses to do it. Funny little story. I was a new born Christian and I was helping Dad take the crop off. One of the highspeed shafts on the combine snapped and I needed a replacement. Getting the replacement would require 6 weeks of waiting. I didn't have 6 weeks to wait so I prayed long and hard for a miracle. I even gave God a deadline. He had to have the combine back in the field by noon the next day. At 8 am the shaft was still broken and the combine was still in the shop. In anger I took the two halves of the shaft and with limited welding skills I stuck them back together. I put it back on the machine and fired it up. The shaft ran straight and so I took the combine back into the field. It worked! The combine finished that day and the day after that and the day after that as well. In fact the shaft never broke again. Later that night I was still angry with God. He had not performed the miracle by noon like I demanded. Then I came to the realization that I had started combining about 11:30 AM. God had performed a miracle. The miracle had come through my own hands and feeble welding skills.

Hell yeah. Go God. He helped you fix that tractor instead of helping starving people, or sick people, or people in human trafficking or any number of important issues. He is just busy helping fix people’s tractors. That explains so much. @hippyjoe1955

@Imsleepy I work with homeless people every day trying to find them work and help them with their addictions. What do you do to alleviate poverty?

You’re missing the point. You help homeless people. Just like you fixed your tractor. It had nothing to do with god. @hippyjoe1955

@Imsleepy You are missing the point. If you are actually worried about the poor you would be doing something to help them IF not then you are a hypocrite for accusing God of doing what you are doing except that makes God bad while you are right.
