What do you base your beliefs on

Why do so many people base their beliefs on just the bible. And literary? Why would you not take everything into consideration. Logic and feelings. To me it's like trying to cross the lake in a boat but refusing the paddle. 🤣 And then saying the boat's no good 🙄

I base my beliefs on logic, personal experience and the knowledge I have. My beliefs are always subject to change if new information is presented or if I have a new or unexplainable experience.

@Imsleepy yes i am also always trying to let my beliefs grow and change if need be. It's fluid
