Is Dark matter and Dark energy the Science way of saying God's energy?

No. Such terms are just placeholders for the discrepancy between what our theories predict and what observation tells us. It's just science doing its job: look at the world, construct a theory that describes it, observe some more, notice that the theory is not sufficient to explain the observations, give the discrepancy a provisional name, start thinking about how to extend or replace the theory.
