When All of Heaven Stopped For One Sinner
There's a Huge Commotion in Heaven, When You Accept Jesus as Your Personal Savior
That's one more soul that will rejoice in heaven, praise God! God's provision for saving us from a place that was never created for mankind in the first place. In Matthew 25:41, Jesus describes hell as a place prepared for the devil and his angels. Not mankind.
However, like a drowning man in the sea, if that man refuses to take the hand of rescue, he shall drown. Jesus wants to rescue us more than anything, but if you refuse his offer of salvation and rescue, how will he save you? So that is a choice you must make...not the other way around. Jesus is not willing that any should perish, but have everlasting life in heaven. John 3:16
He that comes to Me, I shall in NO WISE, cast him out! That's what God wants for YOU. "I did NOT come to condemn the world, but to SAVE IT" ... a direct reference to John 3:17
Luke 15:10 - "Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God, over ONE sinner that repenteth."
Have you ever felt like nobody notices when you try to do right?
Like your prayers are too small or your faith is too weak?
Jesus says: Heaven notices!
When one person turns their heart and life toward God, the Bible says there is JOY in the presence of the angels of God. Think about that for awhile...
Not a quiet smile. Not a polite nod.
JOY...A CELESTIAL PARTY...CELEBRATION!!! OVER YOU!!!
God's Army of Saints and LEGIONS OF ANGELS literally stopped in their tracks to Rejoice over YOU!!!
When you whispered "Jesus, help me" this morning — heaven heard it.
When you chose to trust Him, instead of worry — heaven saw it.
When you are thinking about turning your life to God — heaven is watching and cheering for you.
Why? Because you matter to God that much.
He is the Shepherd who leaves the 99, to find the 1. Luke 15:4
He is the Father who runs to meet the prodigal. Luke 15:20
He is the God who collects your tears in a bottle. Psalm 56:8
Maybe you are not sure yet today.
Maybe you saw a verse and it stirred something in you.
That is okay. God knew you needed that word.
And heaven is hoping you will take one more step toward Him.

2. You are never alone - "the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee" Deuteronomy 31:6
3. It is never too late to come home - "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you Hope and a future. " Jeremiah 29:11
Friend, if you have been thinking about Jesus today... that is Him calling you. I hope you 'll give some thought to turning to Jesus. In the 53 years I have walked with Him in the Spirit, I have never been sorry. He is definitely trustworthy. And Heaven is waiting to celebrate YOU. Think about that, and the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross, just so you could have heaven when your time comes to step into eternity.
Friend, I don't know about you, but the destination of my soul, is one thing I wasn't about to gamble with. I made sure to prepare, by accepting God's grace [UN-EARNED favor from God], and His invitation for salvation. I thank God for offering salvation to me, so I could even have that choice; for loving me so deeply as to care only about where my soul spends eternity. I accepted His offer, repented of my sins, and invited Him into my heart and life as my personal Savior. He forgave me and saved me, right then and there. That's what he'll do for you, as well. That was/is His mission...to save souls.
I must tell you right now, that after 53 years of walking with God, my spirit is still spilling over the brim, with all the love and grace He has shown me through the years. It still feels like it was just yesterday, that I was born-again in the Spirit. And I cannot thank Him enough.
PRAYER:
Lord Jesus, thank You that You rejoice over us. Help us to know how much we are loved. Draw to you, those who are on the borderline today. Let them feel Your peace and know You are with them. In Jesus name, Amen.
