Do you fight your demons or do you feed them??

A little bit of both.

I can't help it.

I fight them like a wild animal and when I win they scream out in unheard ecstasy, face under my pillow. When I lose with no hope of escape I submit to my fate, listening to the shouts and cheers as I spiral into oblivion.

I fought my demons for a long time and it seemed like it made it worse so I said the hell with it and just accepted the fact that they're a part of me and that's just how it is. Since then it's been easier to control 🤷🏻‍♂️

They are my companion spirits

I have been told that they may be "feeding" upon my life energy

If that is the case, it is freely given

Only fight them when they’re hungry

My demons and I are cool. They get a little out of hands sometimes.

I ignore them till I have to feed them. Can n5 fight them

I embrace them to learn how to fight them better.
