Omar khadr has recently won 10 million dollars from the canadian government. [Spirituality & Religion]

The wife of the soldier he is accused of killing wants all that money and more and an american court has ruled in her favour.
Should a canadian court uphold that verdict or leave Khadr with the money he won for the crimes of the canadian government against him?

I've had time to research it and the soldier that Omar killed rescued two children... he was a medic. The wife should get all the money.

What does that soldier's heroism have to do with anything?
Good men die in war.
That doesn't make what khadr did (if he did indeed do it) a crime.
So why does the soldier's wife deserve the money?
