the Canadian court should accept the American's court verdict. Or, you can make the problem go away without paying anything

lol you're just repeating yourself. By virtue of the fact that he was in gitmo, everything done to him in gitmo was justified.
Circular argument much?
Buuuut they didn't. Because they didn't find him to be a threat. The just held and tortured him for ten years.
And here you are, crying for blood.
lol
You're advocating a system wherein the fact that a person has been imprisoned makes them guilty.
Thankfully the justice system is nor in the hands of people like you.😌

As for killing him, if the US deems him to be a national security threat

@MetalGreymon he was incarcerated for being an illegal combatant. What part of that don't you understand?
MetalGreymon · 36-40, M
@HoraceGreenley
Was he held without trial and tortured for 10 years for being an illegal combatant?
Is that a good example of justice?
lol owned.
Next argument please.

As for keeping the Western World safe, on behalf of the US, I say, "You're Welcome."
I don't want your gratitude or money. Your silence will be sufficient.
You can continue to discuss nonsense with the other Lotus Eaters:
It refers to self absorbed, pseudo-intellectual dope smokers who are prone to grandiose ideas, but insulated from the real-world consequences. Lotus Eaters think that their skewed subjective reality is analogous to all other peoples in all other circumstances - even disparate cultures on the other side of the world.
You are safe in the knowledge that I, and my countrymen, will protect you.

I've had time to research it and the soldier that Omar killed rescued two children... he was a medic. The wife should get all the money.

@SatanBurger
What does that soldier's heroism have to do with anything?
Good men die in war.
That doesn't make what khadr did (if he did indeed do it) a crime.
So why does the soldier's wife deserve the money?

They can burry him with it. Dead or alive

@LesDeplorable Also I learned that Tabitha Speer.. the widow had actually sued for damages. There was already a lawsuit underway. The only reason they gave Omar money was to stop the previous lawsuit.

If the man was killed in action and the money was won in another nation I see no basis for robbing the winner.

You need to be able to define an illegal combatant to understand this. Clearly you do not
