I have a book of daily quotes called "Daily Joy: 365 Days Of Inspiration, Photos and Wisdom To Lift Your Spirit". I bought it from Waterstones about a year ago and if you'd all like I could post a quote each day and see if you resonate with it or not? If you don't like the quotes I could also give you all a list of websites that I use, when you subscribe to the websites they send you email's each day with positive messages.
