@Sonnet: I agree that some young people think they know everything, but it's often because of their passion. You don't want to stifle that, because it's that passion that motivates them. Challenge them and criticise them, but don't stop them, because as you already know they'll grow out of it. And if they don't get that chance to be thwarted, then they'll be a 50 year old still parroting the same beliefs. Give them a chance to grow.
