Is Satan really evil? [Spirituality & Religion]

He's not a bad bloke Satan. He just wants us to have knowledge.
Jehovah on the other hand demands worship and he has murdered all of mankind..Noah and his Mrs being the only survivors. In truth though Satan and God don't exist.

Satan is just the opposer, much as in the UK parliament the have HM Government opposed by Her Majesty's Most Loyal Opposition.

Overall, from what I've read about Him, He's actually a pretty good bloke.

The version I like is that Lucifer was created to be independent. He rejected god,I favor of making his own choices and controlling his own destiny. How ever since everything is part of god’s creation, such a thing as total free will was impossible. God therefore sent him to a part of existence that farthest away from his presence as possible. In time all the souls that rejected god found their way there, and Hell rose up around him.

He rewards them in the present time, until he is done with them, then payday comes, it is not his to reward any further. They will receive a like sentance.

According to middle eastern mythology of Abrahamic origin. He invented sin. His ambition cost him his office as the source of illumination for the throne of God. The second the thought, "I will.." entered his mind, he was gone. The book of Job seems to imply a kind of business relationship between Satan and the Supreme being. Revelation makes no bones about Satan being evil, and getting his comeuppance in the end.

Personally judging who Satan is, if that happens, then he does it cuz he doesn't give a crap as long as he can tortue somebody

He punishes humans. He hates them. That's why he lures people there by convincing to do bad shit.
If you subscribe to such stuff.

A truly evil being would delight in torturing people.

I believe Hell was made for him and the fallen angels.
I doubt that he is doling out much.
