Galatians 1:9 and 10

If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let them be under Gods curse. Am I trying to win the approval of human beings or of God? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.

Amen, brother. This passage is one of my very favorite passages. It is so important!! Not even if an ANGEL tries to preach to us a different gospel message, so that tells us how strongly God feels about any who preach anything other than that which is in His Word.

There are entire CHURCHES out there that are preaching a gospel other than the ones taught by the apostles.

But I have learned that wisdom lies, not in CURSING those who have made a mistake...but in consigning them to God...and in allowing God, whose wisdom surpasses ours by many orders of magnitude...to forgive them...or not...as the case may be.
