Does Anyone Journal? [Spirituality & Religion]

Does anyone have a journal? Like a self-care/love notebook they can write down in? If so does it help you in any way? I'm thinking about starting one myself

Yea, I keep one. I post drafts here that I almost always delete.
It helps a lot. I don't rely on people for emotional comfort or anything anymore. I "lean" on it, plus it's useful to record thoughts and feelings.
