i rarely get a message or a sudden urge from the spiritual dimension. when i do, i always follow where it leads

The people in my church used to tell stories about their experiences with those messages. For example, you might suddenly begin thinking a lot about a family member, or an old friend whom you haven't seen in years. If you follow that prompting, and contact that person, you often find that they are in need, and VERY grateful that you called or stopped by.
