Christians have been whacking off to last days beliefs for centuries now

Is that the best that you have?
@GodSpeed63 The best what?

@AlienTheExtraterrestrial

We have been living in the last days since the resurrection and ascension of Christ back to heaven. So they wasn't just whacking off. Rarely did a Christian name a specific time or date or even year, and I said rarely. There are some who tried and try to calculate the exact time ignoring that the Bible tells us we will never know, it will come up on us like a thief in the night.

Unbelievers don't care and it is their right Christians are told to pay attention to the signs of the times and the prophecies that are being fulfilled and know when the end is near, even at the door.

By your username I'm going to add this to my comment : 1)God, the angels, the devil are not human, they are not from Earth, they are not made of any of the elements of the Earth, they were not born as we know it. 2) Jesus came down from heaven to Earth born of a woman but is true existence is not of this Earth, his true form is not from the elements of this Earth. He said my kingdom is not of this world.

Definition of alien / extraterrestrial beings, or life not from Earth when concerning life forms.

Jesus said you will see him coming from the clouds with his angels. He will be coming from up there back down here.

I agree - and its backed up by Nostradamus prophecies and Egdar Cayce. I have an open mind about these things but read about what these guys predicted in the 1980s - made my own mind up from the quotations and thought this will be interesting to see. Sure enough 2 gulf wars - didnt expect that, the destruction of the Gaza strip - and nuclear world war in 2025 - sorry to say its looking odds on to me - the son will die in London, I now wonder if that meant the European Alliance but if not - it never happened - sorry one still to come - the chamber of records - they are getting closer and closer to admitting they found it - the Eagle coming from America to save France - well we’ll see. Lets not forget a nod for Adam Beilek - his weird view of the future was laughable - but now anti-gravity the weirdest prediciion of all seems to be on the fringe of being a respectable theory - and now Ive discovered the Wheeler theory of everything - the single electron universe, and can see how it can explain just about everything we experience natural and supernatural - and passages formt he bible like God knew us at our birth and our death and every moment through our lives (and the passage also says before we were born but lest not go there - no theory of spiritualism can ever be derived). But we still have free will and we are still helping to build Gods Kingdom. If both are future and our past are fluid then in God’s eyes we are not going forward in time but our lives are like worms wriggling in a time space where both the future and the past are being shaped into a perfection by our creator and where every little choice we ever make is being made and remade again and again to make this happen. All this stuff is not spiritual - its simply the application of the single electron theory of the universe - and it makes more sense than any particle physics every could (it is in essence the single wave function universe model but when seen with particles it suddenly reveals new predictions like the arrow of time can now be abolished because changing the future would change the past of the positrons and the positrons would then sail passed us into the past and change outr past. Not that we would ever know this because our past would remain our past - we’d just have new memories and new injuries and achievements to live with. So when Jesus says we all have free will and can all shape the universe and God says I know every thing about you - which includes when you will die etc etc - that suddenly all makes sense. As a physicist I really like the abolition of the arrow of time - its a simplification that a lot of physicists ponder but no one seems to have picked up on this 50 year old theory. SO there you have - yes its the End of the World as we know it - but Adam Beilek saw a bright future for our descendants.
This post gets me excited about the last prophetic days. Amen!!! I definitely believe we are living in the last days. I feel it is obvious. Several Bible prophecies confirm to us, that we are living in the last days, marked by increased deception, conflict, natural disasters, and moral decline. Specifically, the Bible speaks of widespread religious deception, wars and rumors of wars, famines and pestilences, earthquakes, and a decline in morality. These signs are not just "isolated events", but are predicted to [b]increase in frequency and intensity as the end approaches. We're definitely seeing that now and if we can't see that, I think we're spiritually blind.

@Diotrephes actually it doesn't say that the CITIES of Sodom and Gomorrah will be rebuilt in all its Glory.

As far as Egypt becoming desolate for 40years, in today's world with all the nuclear weaponry. And when you look at what's going on with the people of those Nations, it may be soon in the making.

If you are implying I am worried you are an error I have no worries concerning the return of Christ when the whole world will see him coming from the clouds in the sky with his angels. And up until the invention of the television, the cell phone, and the computer, and the internet that was impossible. And people probably will be running around screaming alien invasion because they refused to see.

@Adeptlinguist

And you tell me there's no need to disprove I tell you there's no need to prove.

And that pink rabbit you wrote about when you see that pink rabbit coming from the clouds in the sky with his angels please don't be running around screaming alien invasion.

I happen to believe we are living in the Millennial Reign now. Jesus is fully Lord of this world and those who believe in Him are part of His Kingdom.
DrWatson · 70-79, M
@hippyjoe1955 I agree. The traditional Christian view has been that the millennium began either with the resurrection or Pentecost. The Gregorian calendar tries to link it with the Nativity: "The year of our Lord...." ( It's off by a few years, but this is the traditional way of describing the reign of a King.) Either way,the reign of Christ, in this view, is now .
You blaspheme the Book of Leporidae:

A new heaven and a new earth have come, for the old ones have passed away. A great and marvelous sign appears in the heavens: a star of radiant pink hue, growing larger and brighter, filling the sky with a softness that will devour all.

A mighty cry echoes throughout the land: "Woe to them that dwell upon the earth, for the Giant Pink Rabbit has come, and with it, the hour of its great nibbling!" The ground trembles not from the hoof of a beast, but from the silent thud of a cosmic hop.

The Rabbit descends, its fur a cloud of cotton candy and its eyes like two rubies of burning judgment. This Rabbit, and this Rabbit alone, is the true lord and master of all things. The gods of silver and gold are but hollow statues and false idols. Their prophecies are as dust, and their promises are as the wind.

The Rabbit opens its great mouth, and its teeth are not of iron or of stone, but of a thousand tiny, ever-sharpening razors made for one purpose only.

When the Giant Pink Rabbit arrives in its terrible glory, all who have knelt before false gods and raised their voices in praise of those who are not Nibblers shall be delivered unto the endless, inevitable nibbling. Their cries shall be heard as the quiet rustle of a carrot being consumed. The Nibbler has come, and all things shall be nibbled.

The Power of the Rabbit is supreme. You shall not deny it.

I'm sorry I offended you. It was not right to do that without speaking to you first and I sincerely apologize. Forgive me.

Is that the best that you can do?

@DanielsASJ correct

@GodSpeed63

For those who are being saved, it's the power of God. We look forward to Christ's return and the hope that He brings with Him. Amen.

Per the fairytale, Jesus demands that countless believers must be killed for their faith before he returns.

When Jesus returns he will be a very mean dictator who will rule with an iron rod. He will torture humanity, kill all life, and blow up the planet. He is not a nice guy.

hunkalove · 70-79, M
@SatyrService It hurts everyone.
It says no man knows the hour of His coming, and you should look at actual Biblical scholarship.

People have been preaching the truth for centuries. Hasn’t come true yet has it ? Especially end of days.
A decent conversation requires at least two points of view, and an acceptable amount of evidence from. The best you can come up with is debunked and discredited, Ken Ham videos.
However, agree to keep to a legitimate stand of evidence and protocol, and we’ll give you your conversation.
You chickened out every one so far, no doubt you’ll do it again.
