NoGod, No Good

No God, no distinction between right and wrong.

No God, no morals.

No God, no peace.

No God, no laws to keep us safe from harm.

No God, no perfect love.

No God, no rules to protect us.

No God, no distinction between truth and lie.

No God, every form of evil is permissible.

No God, no good..

Dawkins said in "The God Delusion"

“The God of the Old Testament is arguably the most unpleasant character in all fiction: jealous and proud of it; a petty, unjust, unforgiving control freak; a vindictive, bloodthirsty ethnic cleanser; a misogynistic, homophobic, racist, infanticidal, genocidal, filicidal, pestilential, megalomaniacal, sadomasochistic, capriciously malevolent bully."

Years later in the forward of another author's book, he asks:

“Couldn’t an apologist come up with a similar list of virtues, backed up by an even larger list of supporting verses? Couldn’t the apologist compile a counter to my damning litany? “The God of the Old Testament is … magnanimous, generous, encouraging, forgiving, charitable, loving, friendly, good-humoured, supportive of women, of homosexuals, of children, freedom-loving, open-minded, broad-minded, non-violent.” Go on. Try and find those nice verses. Do your best. You think you’ll succeed? Want a bet?”

The God of the Old Testament

Hasn't the lights come on yet for you and Dawkins? We're in the New Testament and not the old. In the Old Testament, God administered justice to man's evil doings. Since man can't save himself from the wrath that is to come, God sent His one and only Son, Jesus Christ into the world to save all of mankind from the wrath that is to come.
@GodSpeed63 So we can completely ignore the Old Testament? Even Jesus says to follow it.
There isn’t any forgiveness without bloodshed..
