Why Do Skeptics Keep Believing In Evolution When There Is 0 Evidence For It?

Why is a good question? Why do they hate God so much that they decided not to believe in Him? They keep claiming that there is a mountain of evidence for evolution but fail to show it. All they have is a lot of nice drawings and art work, and artifacts that is either tampered with or, more times than not, misinterpreted.

Science's earliest roots can be traced to Ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia around 3000 to 1200 BC. According to the Word of God, science has been around 3000 years earlier since the world began. In spite of the popular myth that the earth is 6.4 billion years old the skeptics keep pushing on everybody, true science shows a much younger earth according to the Word of God.

It's plain to see that the earth is nowhere near 10,000 years old let alone 6.4 billion years old. Science is a wonderful gift that God has given us and will always reveal the Truth that He has established before the foundations of the earth. Skeptics may laugh or mock or even ridicule, but they can't change the Truth of God to fit their agenda.

You need to read the wikipedia entry about "consilience"...

Evolution has that: multiple lines of research all pointing to the same conclusion.

I don't put my trust in wikipedia, I put my trust in the Lord, my God. Those multiple lines of research do not point to evolution but to creation that's put into existence by the Lord, my God.

And why does that bother you, with God the creator of the laws of Nature? It says He intended a richness of life, and we have it. Not a static universe / Creation, as Einstein had thought (and which was a good first starting point for new theories of things not well known), but a very dynamic universe, an adapting Creation.

It is even revealed in the common cold & influenza, let alone genetics of breeding plants and animals.

And with richness designed in as part of the fundamental basis of everything, we DO live in a very glorious and amazing Creation.

Can you honestly, say that there is no scientific of evidence , while doing the same ? (Actually, it wouldn’t surprise me.you lie like a carpet. )

1) No, evolution hasn't stopped, but it often happens over long timescales (much longer than the timescale of global warming).

2) The first sentence shows you never understood even the original form of the theory (sadly, this is very common).

3) Again, read the article about consilience; it will help explain why evolution is a very robust theory.

It's something that you recognize that the Bible is the True Word of God in order for you to swear on a stack of them about your identity. It's a start anyway.

@SomeMichGuy if there was evolution on very large timescale, we would be seeing some species between monkey and human. As we see green leaves, dry leaves, and leaves in between green leaves and dry leaves.

@OriginalDumbMan That's apples and oranges. Dry & wet leaves are not different species of leaves, meaning your example is specious...

And people unaccepting of evolution always think one arg will somehow undo it...which is why understanding consilience is so important...

But the claim was never like what you present.

And there have been other proto-humans, but sapiens--what a misnomer!--won out by being a superior adaptation...
