I know it isn't quite this simple, but these are some great starting points.
Recognize the Pattern: Sometimes just noticing the pattern helps so much. Like, really looking at what keeps happening and why. A little reflection or talking to someone about it can make things clearer.
Set Some Boundaries: Easier said than done, I know, but setting some clear limits can help you feel more in control. It’s about protecting your peace and energy, you know?
Show Yourself Some Love: Taking time to focus on what makes you feel good can take the edge off the attachment. When you’re feeling more confident and grounded, it’s easier to step back from the neediness that these relationships can bring out.
Lean on Your Support System: Friends, family, anyone who’s got your back. Just having people remind you of your worth and help you through can be a huge relief.
Let Go with Kindness: This one’s tricky, but try to let it go without bitterness if you can. Anger can keep you tied to it. Instead, think of it as a lesson learned and send it off with some peace.
Invest in Your Growth: Karmic relationships usually teach us a lot about ourselves—like maybe there are things in us we didn’t realize needed healing. So, focusing on your growth or trying out new things for yourself can turn it into something positive.
Clear Your Energy: If it feels right, do a little ritual to release that leftover energy. Light some sage, try a cord-cutting meditation, anything that helps you feel lighter.

Everything you see and feel is a part of that ultimate reality. Just like dream, you are experiencing a world which your mind let you see and observe. Threads are attached at very beginning when you were born. You are part of the world. But do check what is pulling. If the attachments are pulling you towards pleasures and desires, then think that it'll be your mind's decision to connect with them or not. It is as same as those pleasurely thoughts.
Everything is depending on what we think. It starts with mind and it goes where our mind goes.
