So I don't have a dog in this race, but the question you're asking is like, the first Christian question.
I was just learning about Arianism, which is one of the biggest early heresies started in the 3rd century. Arians hold that Jesus separate and distinct from God, begotten from him, and therefore subordinate to God. It's also a shorthand for a variety of belief systems which rejected the idea of the trinity.
The Council of Nicea was the first great council brought together to try and establish consistency in the Christian faith, and it almost entirely rejected Arianism. It remained popular and a lot of people died over this belief.
And really, this question comes down to "which church do you attend"?

@CountScrofula I don't attend a church anymore. I have attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses since 1980. We are not Arians, Trinitarians, Oneness, Catholic, Unitarians, or the like. We are true Christians that follow Jesus Christ example of worshipping his heavenly Father, Jehovah God, the Almighty. (EXODUS 6:3, PSALM 83:18, ISAIAH 26:4, ISAIAH 12:2). Old KJV

@black4white The chicken absolutely came BEFORE the egg

@seotelkniwt There you go. Jehovah's Witnesses are non-trinitarians. And no you're not an Arian, that's a belief from 1700 years ago.
What I am saying is your question is fundamental theology and maybe the oldest question in Christianity.
