I remember...making dogs and cats
I....LOVED animals. I made...all kinds....so many....and....since I loved them...I often kept them around me. Close to me.
When I made dogs....I was obsessed. I thought they were like...the best thing ever. They were like...pure joy personified. That is them at their core. They were exuberant.
Lucifer....was kind of overwhelmed by them. He thought...they were too forward in their affections. He hated....them jumping all over him trying to love on him. I thought it was cute and funny. But...he told me he was tired of me keeping "pets" like this.
So...I tried to design a pet he would like. I made...cats. Cats....were very loving in their own way but they were....more subtle about it. I designed cats....to be similar to Lucifer. More reserved. More selective in who they liked. Of course...they are my creations. So at heart...they are still quite silly. But....they were made for Lucifer. And it worked. He loved them. He was always a cat person. Haha!
