Not sure how much longer I can go

I don't know why but it's like he takes up all my thoughts. It's like he's just calling my direct line over and over and over again like pick up pick up pick up. Not the first time he's done this. I think in the past I just had to wait him out. Eventually he lost steam and went away for a while. But it's been going on for days now. I think he is just constantly asking me to pay attention to him. I try to do other things but it's like trying to focus on something else while someone is yelling in your ear "look at me look at me!" It's exhausting. I wish there was a "block" option for spirits.
