Practicing getting my energy right

Ok so my exercise where I imagined me having an intake spout for energy and then blocking it worked. However about 30-40 minutes after doing so I began to feel quite sick and weak. Curious if it was due to my energy intake being shut off I went about unblocking it and almost immediately I began to feel well again, and even got a burst of energy.

So that means I must give off some level of energy steadily without being aware of it as well. So I can't just block my intake without taking care of that or I'll end up totally drained of energy like I was. I have to make myself a closed system somehow ๐Ÿ˜… Ideally I take in whatever amount of energy feels comfortable, somehow prevent it from leaking out (which will also help me attract things less I think) and then I'm good.
