Gave a formal apology

To the spirit world today for absolutely losing my mind and being a terror while my entity had me confused about what my purpose was. I just said I was very sorry if I caused any harm or offense and I hoped we could be ok now.

I was filled with a warm and kind feeling that gave me the sense that it was ok, they understood I was being manipulated and they forgave me and appreciated my apology. It was a massive relief to me. I don't need any more enemies right now.
