One thing I learnt in my last retreat was to flip the perception

The most basic thing that I am practicing is, when I feel someone is judging me, to try and see where I'm judging them.
If I feel rejected, to see how I am the one who rejects.
And so on and so on.
It takes practice but I see the truth in there, for myself, at this point of my journey
Why should you even care if someone is judging you? You cannot base your behaviour upon the thoughts of others? Can you be confident enough in yourself to just live, learn, and evolve, elafina? Your journey is your own. Others who are weak will focus upon you, not their journey.

@PoetryNEmotion it's not about caring so much as it is acknowledging what is there..
@elafina You think too much my friend. You work on you. Hopefully they grow too.

@PoetryNEmotion I do indeed 😊😁
I think you do have to look inside to see if you are treating people how you would want to be treated. Self reflection is good.

@Sojournersoul my greatest challenge now is to keep the commitment towards being there for myself and expand to the outside and others.
How about you ?
@elafina mine is to be more open to change and new experiences in life. Step outside of my comfort zone.

There's an old sane .
" Never look down on someone cause you might need them to pull you back up "
