TheWildEcho Yes. You had a poll asking people how God speaks to them. One choice was "he hasn't spoken to me yet." So the question is, assuming God wants everyone to believe in him, why isn't he "speaking" to everyone
in a way they can understand? It's not enough to say "well, he spoke to me through the Bible/rainbows/trees and flowers/etc. so that should be good enough for you." Clearly, whatever way you "hear" God doesn't work for everyone.
Think of it this way. Imagine that you think Shakespeare is the greatest writer ever, so you read his plays to someone who only speaks Chinese. Whose fault is it if he doesn't think Shakespeare is that great? His for not learning English? Shakespeare's for not writing in Chinese? Or yours for not translating?
In the same way, if God wants to transmit knowledge of himself to me, it's on him to figure out a way to do it. It's not my fault if he's essentially talking Chinese and I don't understand him or even know he's talking.
