To speak badly of others is only for others to speak badly of you and for you to speak badly of yourself

As much as I agree with this, I agree with it to a point. Firstly sometimes you have to get it out when somebody behaves badly. Secondly sometimes there is nothing nice to say, you can put tinsel on shit but it's still shit.
