The Lie: There Are Many Paths To God - The Truth: Jesus Is The Only Way To God

We could say that Jesus is the Bridge of bridges. He paid it all so we wouldn't have to.

There's only one bridge to God, not many.

One god saying he is the only one. That’s not self serving at all, is it?

Humans being around in their current form for approximately 40,000 years. We managed fine for 38,000 years before the Bible.

This seems to me a lot of people say that they're the only one but that doesn't mean it's self-serving. It really doesn't work for them. And history has shown that man hasn't learned a thing from the past and keeps repeating history, being more violent than ever. There's not one thing selfish about God and if any study the Bible they will see that he sacrificed his own life for mankind. He gave his all.

@LadyGrace Oh come on. The Christian god is a jealous little hypocrite.

1. He tells you not to kill but murders by the thousand.
2. He tells you not to lust for another man’s wife and then impregnates another man’s wife.
3. He tells you he is the only god, but knows enough about the multitude of others to warn you not to worship them.
4. He preaches peace, but then supports the invasion and slaughter of Canaanites and Philistines.
5. He claims to be the god of all, but speaks and appears to only one tribe.
@Ceinwyn If you read your Bible you would know that none of that is true. It doesn't hold water.
Ceinwyn · 26-30, F
@LadyGrace I read the Bible in school. It’s all true.
@Ceinwyn You sure didn't learn anything did you? There have been people that read the Bible two or three times and still have not studied it to know who God is or why he does certain things and then criticize him. Means nothing. But you did get one thing right. It is all true.

@LadyGrace Pick one of the points I have given that you claim to be false.
@Ceinwyn I've already done that many times.
Ceinwyn · 26-30, F
@LadyGrace And each time you are confronted with the actions of your god, you switch the subject away from his shame.
@Ceinwyn You know better than that. It's you that couldn't answer my replies so switched the subject every time.
Ceinwyn · 26-30, F
@LadyGrace So pick an point you claim to be false, and we’ll do this.
@Ceinwyn Nah I don't think so. I've told you too many times and you still don't want to believe it so ... have it your way. We'll see how it turns out for you. I don't play that game.
Ceinwyn · 26-30, F
@LadyGrace I suppose your faith in your petty god is fragile.
@Ceinwyn Nice try. It's fully in tact. More than ever, in fact. Stop fishing.
Ceinwyn · 26-30, F
@LadyGrace Well ducked. Clutch on to your Bible tight. Not that it will save you from the Hebrew god’s spite.
@Ceinwyn no you really didn't duck that well.
@Ceinwyn I'm already saved. What will save you in the end and you're standing before God? Regardless of your unbelief, that's one appointment you'll have to keep, so you might want to rethink that.
Ceinwyn · 26-30, F
@LadyGrace
What will save you in the end and you're standing before God
Another god. Older, more powerful and full of love. Atleast one, possibly more. Your Hebrew god doesn’t get a say.
@Ceinwyn You'll see differently once you get there. No other god is more powerful than almighty God. The other gods are idols, can't hear, speak, or feel. Man-made. There's only one God. Then what will you do?
GodSpeed63 · 61-69, M
@Ceinwyn
Another god.
There are no other gods.
Ceinwyn · 26-30, F
@GodSpeed63 There a great many. Even your Bible acknowledges they exist.
Ceinwyn · 26-30, F
@LadyGrace Your Hebrew god isn’t mighty or powerful. He’s never acted outside of the Middle East.
GodSpeed63 · 61-69, M
@Ceinwyn
There a great many. Even your Bible acknowledges they exist.
They only exist as pieces of art work that, though they have eyes, they cannot see, or ears but they cannot hear. They're not alive as the one true God is.

@Ceinwyn
Your Hebrew god isn’t mighty or powerful. He’s never acted outside of the Middle East.
According to whom?
@Ceinwyn He acts around the world, every day. Haha
Ceinwyn · 26-30, F
@GodSpeed63 Point out where in the Bible he interacted with anyone in Africa or the Americas or pacific regions.
