Catholics are indeed Christians, in fact Catholicism is probably the biggest Christian denomination in the world.
Jews are not. Even though Christ was a Jew, they do not accept Him as the prophesied Messiah and/or the Son of God. However, there are some Messianic Jews that do believe in those things. Critics of Messianic Jews tend to argue that they are trying to bridge the divide between Judaism and Christianity. What difference that makes..........I'll leave for you to decide lol.
There is debate amongst theologians and Christians vis-a-vis can Mormons be truly classified as Christians because, they believe that prophets lived in the Americas (between 600BC and 400AD). This is not part of the traditional Christian belief system and is therefore often rejected by many Christians.

@room101 Every Christian is called to be be prophetic! Mormons understand that so deeply. The Gospel needs prophetic believers. It’s what Jesus asked all of his disciples to do. So clear from reading the Gospels.

@StevexStephie Well, that's a new one on me🤷♂️

@room101 It is how the Gospel is spread. Jesus’ work is truly our own!
@StevexStephie I humbly disagree. Not everyone is called, nor has the gift, of prophecy. However, we are called to be disciples and ministers of Christ.

@StevexStephie Spreading the Gospels etc is not synonymous with being a prophet or being prophetic.

If I may interject on that thought, we're talking about two different things here, when it comes to denominations and what people believe. Your statement implies for example, that all Catholics are Christians. Just because a person is Catholic, protestant, jewish, lutheran, pentecost, baptist, evangelical, mormon, whatever their denomination, that doesn't mean they have accepted Christ as their Savior. Not all that go to church are saved, is what I'm saying. That part is up to the individual.
